That is a computer vision problem requiring a budget most startups do not have. What we built instead: a BLE-connected scale that tracks remaining volume by weight. About $60 in hardware prototype components. Works perfectly.

A pet-tech founder needed a lost-pet app plus a growing line of physical accessories — and clean product photography for every new variant without a photographer on retainer.
Normally that is a manual photo-editing pipeline that does not scale. What we built instead: a fine-tuned AI model doing pixel-level accessory removal on product shots, an offline-first app with a lost-pet proximity radius, and a documented backend to run it on. Solo build, approved in both app stores.

Howdy
A location-based social app needed proof that two people were actually standing in the same place, in real time, before either one could see who had checked in for them. Plain GPS is trivial to spoof.
That is a fraud-prevention problem, not just a location one. What we built instead: a rotating, cryptographically signed check-in code tied to a tight GPS radius and confirmed atomically server-side, plus an AI moderation pipeline that screens every profile photo before it ever goes live. A Next.js web dashboard and an Expo mobile app share one backend end to end.

What we built instead: a personal ops hub with one cross-project docket, an inbox that triages inbound work before it ever hits the board, and a three-stage AI agent pipeline that turns a rough task into planned, delegated work and reports back like a teammate would.
