We charge a fair rate and build you a real thing. That is the whole arrangement.

Your idea is yours before we start, while we are building, and after we deliver. We take no equity. No stake. No strings.

Before anything gets built you will approve a documented technical plan in writing. Scope is fixed from that moment. If something changes mid-build you will hear about it immediately. Full stop.

Timelines are estimates. Hardware has variables nobody controls. What we can promise is early, honest communication when anything shifts, and options, not excuses.

Your Hermes conversations are encrypted. Your idea is never shared, never referenced for anything else, never used to inform any other project. The engineer who reviews your quote is the engineer who builds your project.
